Buzzify is operated by GBtech World Innovations Limited (RC 9047854), Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it.

1. What we collect

Account details: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and email from your Google account. We never receive your Google password.
Order details: the services you order, the links you paste, quantities, amounts and order status.
Wallet records: your balance, top-ups, spending and refunds.
Basic technical data: such as your browser type, used to keep the site secure and working.

2. Payments

Card and bank payments are handled by Paystack. Buzzify does not see or store your card number or bank login details. We only receive confirmation that a payment was successful, with its reference and amount.

3. How we use your information

To create your account and let you log in.
To process your orders and send them to our delivery partners.
To keep your wallet balance correct and handle refunds.
To send account emails such as password resets and confirmations.
To give you support and keep the service safe.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Who we share it with

We use trusted services to run Buzzify: Supabase (accounts and database), Paystack (payments), Resend (account emails), Google (sign-in, if you choose it), Netlify (website hosting) and our service suppliers, who receive the link and quantity needed to deliver your order. They only receive what they need to do their job.

5. Google sign-in

If you choose Continue with Google, we only receive your basic profile: your name and email address. We use them to create and recognise your account.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your account and order records while your account is active, and for as long as needed to handle disputes, refunds and legal requirements.

7. Your choices

You can update your name and password in Account. You can ask us to correct or delete your account and personal data by contacting us below.

8. Security

Your data is stored with Supabase, and connections to Buzzify are encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your password private.
